Directions to Rosemary & Fir Tree Cottages

From San Francisco:

Take Highway 101 across the Golden Gate Bridge into San Rafael.
Take the CENTRAL SAN RAFAEL exit, going WEST.
This will put you on Third Street which then becomes SIR FRANCIS DRAKE BLVD.
Stay on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, through San Anselmo, Fairfax, Woodacre,

San Geronimo, Lagunitas, and Samuel Taylor State Park,
until Sir Francis Drake Boulevard deadends at Highway One in Olema.
Turn RIGHT, going north, on Highway One.
Go approximately four miles into the town of Point Reyes Station (See map at bottom of page)
As you come into town, you will see a small green bridge.
Turn LEFT onto Sir Francis Drake Blvd.IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE BRIDGE.

Drive approximately one mile to Balboa Ave.

Turn LEFT.

Drive up Balboa Ave. exactly one half mile to number 75 (it will be on your left, with only the number posted, no other sign)

If you see two water tanks on the right side of the road, you have passed # 75.

For Fir Tree pull up the driveway straight ahead to the log that ends the driveway.

Fir Tree will be to your right up the hill.

For Rosemary pull into the middle parking spot. You will see a sign that says

Rosemary Cottage. Please follow the path next to the sign to Rosemary Cottage.

The door will be open and the key will be inside

From the East Bay

Take 580 WEST over the Richmond/ San Rafael Bridge

Merge onto 101 North, and immediately take the CENTRAL SAN RAFAEL EXIT.

Follow the rest of the directions above

From Novato

Take Novato Blvd. WEST

Drive for about 10 miles, to Petaluma Point Reyes Rd.

Turn LEFT

Continue for about 10 miles until the stop sign next to a bridge covered with graffiti

Turn RIGHT.

Drive for about 5 miles until you arrive at Highway 1.

Turn LEFT.

Go through the town of Point Reyes Station.

At the south end of town, there will be a green bridge. Drive over it.

Immediately after the bridge, turn RIGHT on to Sir Francis Drake Blvd.

Drive approximately one mile to Balboa Ave.

Turn LEFT.

Drive up Balboa Ave. to number 75 (it will be on your left)

For Fir Tree pull up the driveway straight ahead to the log that ends the driveway.

Fir Tree will be to your right up the hill.

For Rosemary pull into the middle parking spot. You will see a sign that says

Rosemary Cottage. Please follow the path next to the sign to Rosemary Cottage.

The door will be open and the key will be inside.
